Perennial shrub (1 – 2 m), with long, dark green ovate leaves and bold, fluffy tubular flowers in sphere-like clusters (usually bright orange, but also creamy-white or salmon-pink). Blooms Feb – July. Drought- and wind-resistant; good screen or border plant.
